The sets and costumes(minus the nipples) are very well crafted.Ħ. Edward Nygma/Riddler is a pretty good villain.ĥ. Alfred is still a great side character.Ĥ. Dick Grayson/Robin is a mostly decent new addition.ģ. Bruce Wayne/Batman is still a pretty decent protagonist.Ģ. Now it's up to Batman to stop Riddler and Two-Face's plans, while also making the choice to let Dick fight alongside him as his crime-fighting partner.ġ. But the information he is downloading directly into his own brain is gradually damaging Nygma's already precarious mind. Nygma founds his own company, Nygmatech, as a rival to Wayne Enterprises. In return, the Riddler promises Two-Face to discover Batman's secret identity. Riddler will use it to steal all of Gotham's confidential information. The two super-villains commit a series of robberies in order to steal enough capital to mass-produce Nygma's brainwave device. Meanwhile, Nygma, inspired and delighted by watching Two-Face's raid at the circus, turns himself into a criminal called the Riddler and forms an alliance with Two-Face. But Bruce refuses and warns him about committing vengeance. Later, when he discovers that Bruce is Batman, he demands that Bruce help him find Two-Face so that he can kill him. Dick, still troubled by the murder of his family, intends to kill Two-Face and avenge his family. Only Dick Grayson, the youngest member, survives as he climbs to the roof and throws Two-Face's bomb into a river where it explodes harmlessly. Bruce invites the orphaned Dick to stay at Wayne Manor as his ward. The Flying Graysons attempt to disrupt Two-Face's plan, but are all killed except one. During a performance from the circus performers, The Flying Graysons, Two-Face arrives and threatens to kill everyone at the circus unless Batman comes forward and surrenders to him. After killing his supervisor and staging it as a suicide, Nygma resigns and obsessively begins sending Bruce riddles, seeking retaliation against him. Bruce meets Chase Meridian, a psychologist who is obsessed with Batman, and invites her to accompany him to a circus event. However, after Nygma demands an answer from him immediately, Bruce rejects the invention, concerned over it manipulating minds. Edward Nygma, an eccentric researcher at Wayne Enterprises, who idolizes Bruce, has developed a device that can beam television signals directly into a person's brain. The story begins with Bruce Wayne suiting up as Batman to save hostages from Two-Face, formerly Gotham's district attorney Harvey Dent, who was disfigured when mobster Sal Maroni threw acid on him during Maroni's trial which Batman failed to prevent. Two-Face escapes and remains at large. Lets continue our DC marathon with this passing of the torch from Burton to Schumacher, and the series' introduction of the Boy Wonder.
